Todd Brent Brouillette who found my home in bel air for rent on Craigs list, told me he does NOT smoke, or does drugs! Moved in and began smoking every where, leaving ashes and cigarette burns and lighted matches every where up in bel air with heavy Vegetation and wild winds, risking a major fire! Then I found pot, Xanax, valium, Methadone, oxy and Viagra plus a Swedish Pump in Public sight in front of the door of the room he rents! Nightmare tenant from hell. When I confronted him and asked him to remove his Drugs ASAP out of my home, he ran after me, threaten me with a 45 Caliber Gun and HIT me. I dialed 911 and the police (West LAPD) didn't do anything and let him back in the house stating it was the law!Here is this FAT moron Smoking outside, taking pictures of a staged property destruction in my back yard and dropping cigarette ashes all over the place regardless of the winds and the threat of the fire for the entire area! He is a Nightmare tenant!!!!! do NOT let him into your home EVER! Ps call John/Lisa Nixon ( a lawyer/Judge) In North CA for more info, they were his previous landlords. Case Number: MCV0049728!
